Man United have been eyeing a new right winger for some time, with Real Madrid’s Gareth Bale at the top of Jose Mourinho and Ed Woodward’s lists, and the 21-year-old has been considered.

Sunday Times journalist Duncan Castles has claimed that United have a “major interest” in the starlet and have been “extensively” scouting his progress in France.
com scored 12 goals and provided seven assists in Ligue 1 throughout the 2017-18 season which made it inevitable that he’d join the array of attacking stars linked with an Old Trafford move this summer.

United have already added to their squad during the close season.
Another Brazilian, Fred, joined for £52m from Shakhtar Donetsk to bolster options in midfield and is seen as a replacement for the retired Michael Carrick.

Young FC Porto right-back Diogo Dalot also arrived to provide strong competition for Antonio Valencia, and has been training at the Aon Training Complex this week.

Third summer signing Lee Grant has also been in Carrington to train alongside Joel Pereira, with David de Gea still on holiday and Sergio Romero injured, and they’ll be in the squad that flies out to America on Sunday.
