Express Sport exclusively revealed last month that former Napoli boss Sarri had drawn up a £140m transfer wishlist.
The Italian is set to replace Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge in the coming days.
Sarri will sign a two-year deal at Chelsea, with Roman Abramovich having to fork out around £3.5m in compensation.
And Chelsea are closing in on their top targets ahead of Sarri's arrival.
Juventus centre-back Daniele Rugani, who was identified as a target last month, is set to cost the Blues around £20m this summer.
Reports today have also claimed that Chelsea are set to beat Manchester City to Napoli star Jorginho.
The midfielder was all set to join Premier League champions City this summer, however, Chelsea are closing in on a double deal for Jorginho and Sarri.
Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has confirmed that Sarri is close to joining the Blues, adding that Jorginho would rather live in London over Manchester.
He said: “The Sarri deal is in the homestretch, it depends on him.
“I’ve laid down my conditions. It’s all in the hands of lawyers. Jorginho? We said to ourselves, ‘If Jorginho has any requests, we’ll take them into account’.
“For that, I’ll have to apologise to Manchester City. However, if the player would rather live in London than Manchester, I can understand that.
“If Chelsea are paying him even more, I can understand that too. Jorginho and Sarri together again? Jorginho would go to Chelsea regardless of Sarri.”
Chelsea could also move for Napoli right-back Elseid Hysaj and forward Dries Mertens, with Sarri keen to raid his former club.
